The purpose of the center is to ensure, as much as possible, awareness of citizens on the topic of energy, who will be able to contact it as one of the forms of forthcoming support.
The activities of the center will consist mainly in the provision of basic/ general information on energy, in review or citizen, or is not entitled to achieve energy. In the event of an evaluation that the caller citizen did not meet the conditions for achieving energy, it will make efforts to indicate other possible steps/ proposals for the settlement of discrepancies and further advice. If it requires that The situation will provide the citizen with the service in the form of a complaint to the Back Office (hereinafter referred to as "bo") of the Slovak Republic.
