Provision of citizen information services through the Center for Expert Advice in the field of targeted energy assistance Description: The purpose of the center is to ensure that citizens are informed to the maximum extent possible about the topic of energy assistance, who will be able to turn to it as to one of the forms of support being prepared. The activity of the center will consist at least in providing basic/general information about energy assistance, in checking whether or not a citizen is entitled to energy assistance. In case of assessment that the caller is a citizen did not meet the conditions for obtaining energy assistance, will make efforts to indicate further possible steps/proposed solutions for settling the identified discrepancies and further advice. If the situation requires it, it will provide the citizen with a service in the form of sending a complaint to the back office (hereinafter referred to as "BO") of the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic.
