• Ensuring a continuous supply of CNG fuel for public transport buses in the estimated amount of 3,497,600.00 kg in the period from the date of entry into force of the Agreement, which will be the result of this public procurement until 31 December 2029 or until financial exhaustion of the limit stated in point 4.3 of the Framework Agreement, which forms Annex E of the tender documents DRAFT BINDING CONTRACT TERMS - FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT and with a maximum daily consumption of CNG up to 5,160.00 kg. Delivery must also be included in the price offer of natural gas to the applicant's collection point and provision of a functional filling station (hereinafter referred to as PS CNG). The contractor does not have a gas filling station or a natural gas collection point. Filling frequency: filling will take place indefinitely daily (24 hours/7 days a week, including public holidays) especially in the evening and at night from 6:00 p.m. until 04:00 Estimated delivery start date: date of entry into force of the Agreement in accordance with the current legislation of the Slovak Republic and conditions and deadlines in accordance with the ZVO.
