Description:
The subject of the contract is in accordance with Methodological Instruction no. 44/2021 for the creation, approval and publication of technical regulations of the Department of the Ministry of Transport and Construction of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as "MP No. 44/2001"):
1. update of the system of Technical Regulations of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as "TPR") (annex 1) in accordance with valid legislation and the dynamically changing STN system,
2. development of new TPR MD SR in accordance with regulations, guidelines issued by the European Commission (EC) and European standards (EN) adopted into the STN system,
3. processing of Analysis Tasks (RU), in justified cases, if any before processing the TPR, it is necessary to analyze a topic that has not been processed so far, and it is necessary to adopt a final opinion, according to which the procedure will be carried out in such a way that the issue is in accordance with the valid STN and other valid TPR.
Specifications for individual tasks (updating and creating TPR, processing analysis tasks) and delivery times will be detailed in the order for a specific task.
In accordance with the framework contract, only selected TPR MD SR will be ordered to be updated, which will be included in Technica by council to the Plan of RVT tasks in the relevant calendar year approved by the Director General of the SSC and the Director General of the Section of Road Transport and Land Communications of the Ministry of the Slovak Republic and which will be published on the website of the SSC https://www.ssc.sk/sk/technicke-predpisy-rezort/plany-uloh-rvt.ssc.
