Description:
Ensuring the creation and updating of the Technical Regulations of the MD SROpis department: The subject of the contract is in accordance with Methodological Instruction no. 44/2021 for the creation, approval and publication of technical regulations of the Department of the Ministry of Transport and Construction of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as "MP No. 44/2001"): 1. update systems of Technical Regulations of the Ministry of the Ministry of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as "TPR") (annex 1) in accordance with the applicable legislation and the dynamically changing STN system, 2. development of new TPRs of the Ministry of the Slovak Republic in accordance with the regulations, guidelines issued by the European Commission (EC) and European standards (EN) adopted into the system STN, 3rd processing of analysis tasks (RU), in derived cases, if it is necessary to analyze a task that has not been processed so far before processing the TPR, and it is necessary to adopt a final opinion, according to which the procedure will be carried out so that the issue is in accordance with the valid STN and other valid TPR. Specifications for individual tasks (updating and creating TPR, processing analysis tasks) and delivery times will be specified in the purchase order for a specific task. The public procurer reserves the right not to order the update of all TPR MD SR. In accordance with the framework contract, an update will be ordered only selected TPRs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Slovak Republic, which will be included by the Technical Council in the Plan of RVT tasks in the relevant calendar year approved by the General Director of the SSC and the General Director of the Section of Road Transport and Land Communications of the Ministry of the Slovak Republic and which will be published on the SSC website https://www.ssc.sk/sk/technicke-predpisy-rezortu/plany-uloh-rvt.ssc.
