- Ensuring the disposal of waste by depositing it in a municipal waste dump for the year 2026 Description: Public procurer The City of Trebisov procures the service of taking over and depositing mixed municipal waste and bulky waste in a dump dump (category disposal of waste D1 Depositing in the ground or on the surface of the ground.) Taking over and depositing waste at the landfill is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Act no. 79/2015 Coll. on waste and on the amendment and addition of some laws as amended, by the provisions of the Declaration Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic no. 371/2015 Coll. on the implementation of some provisions of the Waste Act and the provisions of the Declaration of the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic no. 365/2015 Coll., establishing the Waste Catalog in its current version, as well as in accordance with approved operating procedure of the warehouse operator. For the period of performance of the contract, the public contractor requires exclusively the service of waste storage and valuation for the following waste catalog numbers and expected quantities: 20 03 01 - mixed municipal waste - assumption of 5000.00 tons for the year 202620 03 07 bulky waste - assumption of 200.00 tons for the year 2026 The assumed amount of individual categories of waste takes into account seasonal fluctuations in the production of waste in the city, as well as long-term trends in the collection and sorting of municipal and bulky waste. When determining them, the public contractor was based on actual statistical data on the quantities of collected and transported waste for the previous period, which were subsequently taken into account in the empirical estimate of the expected amount of waste on year 2026. At the same time, when determining the expected exported and stored quantity, the assumption of fulfillment of the obligation of the public procurer arising from legal regulations, at least from Act no. 79/2015...
