Description:
The subject of the contract is the information system of the electronic motorway mark, which comprehensively ensures the life cycle of reimbursement for the use of defined sections of motorways and expressways (especially sales, records and management of electronic highway stamps) and provides relevant data for systems third parties including the control system.
Registers of the payment of the electronic motorway mark (hereinafter referred to as "IS OS") built on open technologies and fulfilling all legal, procedural a Individually defined requirements necessary for the fulfillment of the objective of the selection of the collection of highway stamps against users of defined sections of motorways and expressways enabling efficient, transparent and convenient collection of the reimbursement in question through implementation of the turnkey delivery, t. elaboration, delivery, assembly, implementation, integration into the contracting authority environment, testing, training of the contracting authority and commissioning into the sharp operation and delivery of the relevant documentation.
Operation of IS ODE, according to the requirements of the applicable legislation, processes necessary for the proper operation of the agenda in question (selection of the payment of the motorway mark) and the contracting authority.
