Description:
The subject of this public procurement is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as the "DNS") for awarding orders to ensure the purchase, supply and distribution of electricity and gas.
Ensuring the purchase, supply and distribution of electricity (hereinafter referred to as "electricity") to offtake points according to the specific needs of the contracting authority and recipients for the duration of the DNS, in the quality corresponding to the specification specified in the technical conditions of the distribution system operator, Including the assumption of liability for the deviation and its transportation by the distribution system to its/their approx. 3,200 offtake points for 4 years. Services of purchase, supply and distribution of natural gas (hereinafter referred to as "gas") according to the specific needs of the contracting authority and beneficiaries for the duration of the DNS, in the quality corresponding to the specification specified in the technical conditions of the distribution system operator, including the assumption of liability for the deviation and its transportation of the distribution system to its/their approx. 1,600 gas offtake for 4 years.
