- The subject of the orders entered in the established dynamic purchasing system will be the procurement of services in the area of securing the rental of professional interpreting equipment and technical service services, including transport costs to the place of service provision. The subject of the contract is also the provision of services using a sound technician, professional sound equipment and interpretation technology for events related to the organization of conferences, monitoring committees and other events due to the quality of the sound system of the space, online space, professional simultaneous interpretation and technology with the possibility electronic voting.
The aim of establishing DNS and entering sub-contracts in DNS is to enable the public contracting authority to enter contracts flexibly in accordance with the Public Procurement Act according to their real needs, i.e. j. at a time and to an extent known to him. At the same time, the reason procurement there is also the specificity of the events themselves, which require technology and professional service, which the public contracting authority does not have in the required range.
