- Ensuring service support of aviation ground information systems (LPIS) - lighting systems Carrying out discovery repairs and regular prophylactic maintenance of air ground information systems (LPIS) of the Air Force of the Slovak Armed Forces with the aim of removing malfunctions of parts, groups, subgroups and blocks and thus restore the operability of the LPIS - lighting systems of Kuchyňa, Sliač and Prešov airports - HW and SW components according to the list given in section B.1 - General description of the subject of the contract Informative document. LPIS lighting systems devices are products of the defense industry listed under item VM 10 of the Common List of Defense Industry Products of Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2025/290 of October 4, 2024 and the Ministry of Economy Notice SR on the issuance of measure no. 1/2025 of May 25, 2025, with effect from June 5, 2025, issuing a list of defense industry products pursuant to § 43 letter a) of Act no. 392/2011 Coll. on trade in defense industry products and on amending some of them laws as amended. According to § 3 letter c) Act no. 392/2011 Coll. on trade in defense industry products and on the amendment of certain laws, services provided in connection with defense industry products are also defined as a product defense industry.
