• Ensuring support, maintenance and further development of the editorial system The subject of the order is the proper and timely provision of technical support services, maintenance and further development of the content management system - CMS (hereinafter referred to as the "System") by The provider (successful applicant), to the extent specified in Appendix no. 1 of the tender documents - Description of the subject of the contract and in Appendix no. 2 tender documents - Technical specification and description of the System. Said services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") will be provided for the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "Procurement Authority" or "Public Procurement Authority"), in whose administration the System is located. Providing the required Services includes the following activities: 1. Flat-rate services that will be provided monthly in the specified range according to point 1.1 of Appendix no. 1 tender documents - Description of the subject of the order, within the required operating time for providing support and maintenance of the System and for solving Incidents and the operation of the Services. 2. Over-the-top services (services on request), which will be provided to the extent according to point 1.2 of Annex no. 1 tender documents - Description of the subject of the contract, based on the current written requirements of the Customer and which form the following groups of Services: 2.1 Application support a 2.2 Change requirements.
