• Ensuring support, maintenance and further development of the editorial system Description: The subject of the order is the proper and timely provision of technical support services, maintenance and further development of the editorial system Content Management System CMS (hereinafter referred to as the "System") by The provider (successful applicant), to the extent specified in Appendix no. 1 of the tender documents Description of the subject of the contract and in Annex no. 2 competition documents Technical specification and description of the System. The specified services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") will be provided for the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "Purchaser" or "public procurer"), in whose administration the System is located. The provision of the requested Services includes the following activities: 1. Flat-rate services that will be provided monthly in to the specified extent according to point 1.1 of Appendix no. 1 competition documents Description of the subject of the contract, within the required operating time for providing support and maintenance of the System and for solving Incidents and the operation of the Services. 2. Over-the-top services (on-demand services), which will be provided in the scope according to point 1.2 of Appendix no. 1 competition documents Description of the subject of the contract, based on the current written requirements of the Customer and which consist of the following groups of Services: 2.1 Application support and 2.2 Change requirements. Part of it fulfillment of the subject of the contract is also the provision of user rights to all parts of the System, which will be delivered or modified by the Provider (successful applicant) and which require protection according to Act no. 185/2015 Coll.
