• Assessment of flow of matter and energy in waterlogged ecosystems Description: Assessment of flow of matter and energy in waterlogged ecosystems: The subject of public procurement is a meteorological station for profile measurement of air temperature/humidity, wind speed, soil temperature/humidity - meteorological station with a height of 12 meters for collecting data on atmospheric and soil conditions at several altitude levels. We require a robust and modular system that enables the installation of various sensors accurately and long-term monitoring. Two systems for measuring transpiration flow and girth growth on 10 trees with simultaneous measurement of meteorological and soil parameters - a system for measuring transpiration flow based on the principle of quantifying the amount of heat absorbed by the current of water through a pre-defined space of conductive xylem. It consists of sensors and accessories that ensure continuous measurement of transpiration current and continuous measurement of changes in trunk circumferences on 10 individuals (trees). Maintenance and calibration of systems on measurement of flows and balance of greenhouse gases - the goal is to ensure regular control, or service of special sensors in EC systems, including their dismantling and relocation to another location if damage to the monitored ecosystem has occurred. The order is divided into 3 parts: 1.
