• Subject of the order: The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction works related to the expansion and modernization of the social services facility "Perla" in Želiezovce in the form of an extension to the accommodation part and the construction of related utility networks. Scope of the order includes the following building objects: • SO 01 - Extension of the accommodation part to the ZSS "Perla" building Two-story extension (1 above-ground and 1 underground floor) with floor plan dimensions of 10.90 × 39.70 m, covered with a flat roof. There are 9 double-bed apartments on the 1st floor 2 triple rooms with hygienic facilities, a nurse's room, a common room, a laundry room, technical areas and a staircase with an elevator. On the 1st floor, there is a social hall with a training room, a rehabilitation gym, a day care center, changing rooms, and hygiene facilities. and technical premises. The extension will be connected to the existing pavilion "B". •SO 02 - Water connection and site distribution New water connection from the public water supply with a water measuring shaft, HDPE pipe DN50 - length approx. 55 m. •SO 03.01 - Sewerage connection and area sewerage Gravity sewage sewer from PVC DN150 with inspection shafts, total length approx. 49 m, connection to public sewer. •SAT 03.02 - Rainwater drainage Drainage of rainwater from the roof into a water absorption device using PVC pipes DN100 - DN150, including sewage traps and filter shaft. •SO 04 - LV power connection New ground LV connection from the existing junction box SR 83-143, cable line ...
