• Extension of the accommodation part to the building - "PERLA", ZSS Zeliezovce Description: Subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction works related to the expansion and modernization of the social services facility "Perla" in Zeliezovce in the form of an extension of the accommodation part and the construction of related engineering networks. The scope of the order includes the following construction objects: • SO 01 Extension of the accommodation part to the ZSS building "Perla" Two-story extension (1 above-ground and 1 underground floor) with floor plan dimensions of 10.90 x 39.70 m, roofed flat roof. On the 1st floor there are 9 double and 2 triple rooms with sanitary facilities, a nurse's room, a social room, a laundry room, technical areas and a staircase with an elevator. On the 1st floor there is a social hall with a dressing room, a rehabilitation room gymnasium, day care center, nursing home, sanitary facilities and technical areas.
