Description:
Exterior finishing work, Interior finishing work Description: The subject of the contract is divided into two parts: Part 1: Exterior finishing work and Part 2: Interior finishing work. Part 1: Engineering networks and connections will be built in the exterior part, such as flood and rainwater drainage, distribution of drinking and fire water, distribution of hot water system, high-current distribution, optical and data networks, low-current connection and outdoor lighting. This part of the contract also includes final surface treatments external surfaces. Part 2: As part of the interior design, sanitary equipment (such as sanitary ware, showers and bathroom accessories), lamps, interior doors, built-in appliances with built-in appliances will be delivered and installed. It is in the subject of the order surface treatment of walls and floors with cladding materials is also included. A closer specification of the subject of the contract is contained in the documentation for the implementation of the construction from 06/2025 prepared by AMBERG ENGINEERING Slovakia s.r.o. (Annex No. 11a and 11b of the competition documents) and in the unpriced (so-called blind) measurement report (Annex No. 10a and 10b of the competition documents). All costs of the provider (applicant) related to the delivery of the subject of the order must be included in the price for the above works, including costs related to transport to the places of performance of the contract.
