The subject of the contract is the provision of services named: Final report from the hydrogeological survey - calculation of the amount of groundwater and Final report from the hydrogeological survey - documents for determining the protection zone in accordance with Decree of the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic no. 29/2005 Coll. Final report from the review of the OP water resources - in the final report, the current state of the OP of the mentioned water resources will be assessed and re-evaluated, and a new range of protective zones will be proposed, as well as measures and conditions for managing them. Final report from the HG survey - calculation quantities of groundwater - The final report will be prepared for the purposes of issuing a permit for the abstraction of groundwater in accordance with the applicable legislation - Appendix no. 7 of executive decree no. 51/2008 as amended to the Geological Act no. 569/2007 Z.z.. Special requisites of ZS with calculation of amounts of underground water in accordance with §39 par. 3 decrees no. 51/2008 are: - a proposal for the approval of amounts of underground water, -conditions and method of protection and use of these waters, -status of groundwater quantities according to category.
