• Description:
• The subject of public procurement is the assignment of a mixed concession, the subject of which is the construction of construction work and the provision of the service.
  Pursuant to Section 31 of the PPE, the concession is entered by the rules valid for the main object of the concession, which is
  the provision of the service.
  The aim of the project is to build a national networks of ultra -speeding stations (Ultra Fast Charger, hereinafter referred to as
  "UFC"), thus ensuring modern and sustainable charging infrastructure for electric vehicles p
  Project will contribute To improve the availability of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles on
  territories of the Slovak Republic.
  The subject of the concession is to conclude a separate concession contract for each part of the concession under conditions
  set out in the tender documents that will be the subject of the obligation of a successful applicant in
  self currency, at its own responsibility and own costs:
  (i) to ensure all permits necessary for the implementation and performance of the subject of the concession and financing
  Construction and operation of charging parks, except for a construction plan,
  (ii) to build charging parks,
  (iii) to operate charging parks,
  (IV) Keep the charging parks so that the desired required periods are provided
  charging services,
  (v) to provide additional fulfills expected in these competition conditions,
  (VI) to pay the contracting authority the concession fee;
