Description:
The subject of the contract is the delivery of food under the name "Food 1/2025" for the Student Dining Canal Study STU in Bratislava in accordance with the required assortment, which is more detailed in Annexes No. 3.1 to 3.10
of the tender documents. Expected delivery of the subject of the order: within 24 hours of the order receivedThe Buyer to the place of delivery in accordance with the Terms and Conditions stated in Section D (Annex 4) SP, for a maximum of 12 months from the entry into force of the Framework Agreement or until the financial volume specified in point 38.2 SP according to which legal fact occursbefore. The subject -matter of the contract includes related services related to transport to the place of delivery, loading and
unloading the supplied goods to the place of delivery. The quantities of individual types of goods will be specified by regular orders. The contracting authority reserves the right to regard the estimated quantitiesfor non -binding and, if necessary, order lower or higher quantities than expected. In the event that lower quantities are ordered as expected, the applicant does not automatically be entitled to the delivery of the complete scope of the subject of the contract as defined in Annex No. 3.1 to 3.10SP.
