- The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of frozen and chilled poultry meat for the needs of the canteens of the University of Pavel Jozef Šafarik in Košice.
Food 2025/03 - Frozen and chilled poultry
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of frozen and chilled poultry meat for the needs of the University canteens Pavle Jozef Šafarik in Košice.
The quantities of individual types of goods will be specified in regular orders.
3. Species composition of individual items, a detailed specification of the subject of the contract and the required quantities are listed in Appendix no. 1 - Specification and price for the draft framework agreement.
4. The bidder is obliged to deliver the goods within a period in which no more than 1/3 of the period of consumption indicated on the delivered goods or on the delivery note has passed. The goods must not appear signs of damage to the packaging, moisture, there must be no impurities in it and it must comply with all regulations corresponding to the Food Code.
