- The subject of the contract is the repeated delivery of food to the public contracting authority
Meat and meat products
1. The subject of this part of the contract is the supply of fresh processed meat and meat products for the public contracting authority.
2. For every delivery of beef and pork, the public contracting authority requests to document the delivery note, which, in addition to other mandatory data, must contain a reference number, the country where the animal was born, reared and killed at the declared slaughterhouse.
3. The public contracting authority requires the delivery of meat within a period in which of the consumption period indicated on the delivery note, invoice or no more than 1/3 of the consumption period has passed for meat packaging and more than 1/5 of the consumption period for meat products. In the event that the supplier violates his obligations in labeling and the meat exceeds 1/3 of the consumption period, the public contracting authority will not accept such a supply of meat and will consider this fact as gross violation of contractual terms.
4. The approximate annual consumption of raw materials is given in the document Proposal for fulfilling the criteria for part 1.
5. The supplier undertakes to supply meat and meat products in the 1st quality and the highest quality in accordance with Act no. 152/1995 Coll. on foodstuffs as amended later regulations, relevant implementing regulations to this Act and other binding regulations. The supplied goods must comply with all regulations corresponding to the Food Codex.
