  • Food 3/2025 Description: The subject of the contract is the supply of food under the name "Food 3/2025" for the student canteens of UZ SDaJ STU in Bratislava in accordance with the required assortment, which is detailed in Annexes No. 3.1 to 3.15 of the tender documents. Presumably delivery of the subject of the order: within 24 hours from the delivery of the buyer's order to the place of delivery in accordance with the Business and Contractual Terms and Conditions stated in Section D (Appendix No. 4) SP, for a maximum period of 12 months from the entry into force of the Framework Agreement or until the financial volume specified in point 43.2 of the SP is exhausted, depending on which legal event occurs sooner. Part of the subject of the order are related services connected with transport to the place of delivery, loading and unloading of the delivered goods at the place of delivery. Quantities individual types of goods will be specified in regular orders. The public procurer reserves the right to consider the estimated quantities as non-binding and, if necessary, to order lower or higher quantities than expected. In case I will ordered lower quantities than expected, the applicant does not automatically have the right to supply the complete scope of the subject of the order as defined in Appendix No. 3.1 to 3.15SP. If the description mentions or references a specific manufacturer, manufacturer process, brand, trade name, patent or type, the applicant is allowed to submit an offer with an equivalent specification, while observing all the parameters and requirements in the specification, or to submit an equivalent with better properties, which he states applicant to Annex No. 9 SP - Proposal of equivalents to that part of the subject matter of contract No. 1 to No. 15 for which the applicant has decided to submit an offer and apply the Proposal of equivalents.
