• Description:
• The subject of the order is the supply of food for Gastro DS, s.r.o., Alžbetínske námestie 1203, 929 01 Dunajská Streda. The goods must be delivered undamaged in a healthy and fresh condition in the highest quality and with the possibility of tracing the origin according to the requirement of the public of the contracting authority in accordance with the valid SR and EU legislation. The subject of the order also includes related services associated with transport to the place of delivery, loading and unloading of the delivered goods to the warehouse at the destination. Species composition of individual items of the subject of the contract is detailed in the appendix to the tender documents. part 1 Bread and pastries The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of bread and pastries. The goods must be delivered undamaged in a healthy and fresh condition in the highest quality and with traceability of origin according to the requirements of the public contracting authority specified in the tender documents and in accordance with the valid Slovak and EU legislation. The subject of the order also includes related services associated with transport to the place of delivery, loading and unloading of the delivered goods at the destination. The quantities of individual types of goods will be specified in regular orders. The species composition of the individual items of the contract is detailed in the appendix of the tender documents. part 2 Basic foods The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of various food products.
