- The subject of the order is the supply of food for Gastro DS, s.r.o., AlΕΎbetinske namestie 1203, 929 01 Dunajska Streda. The goods must be delivered undamaged in a healthy and fresh condition in the highest quality and with the possibility of tracing the origin according to the request of the public contracting authority in accordance with the valid legislation of the Slovak Republic and the EU.
The species composition of the individual items of the contract is detailed in the appendix of the tender documents.
part 1 Bread and pastries
Subject order is the purchase and delivery of bread and pastries. The goods must be delivered undamaged, in a healthy and fresh state, in the highest quality and with traceability of origin according to the requirements of the public contracting authority specified in the tender documents and in accordance with the applicable Slovak and EU legislation. They are part of the subject of the order also related services connected with transport to the place of delivery, loading and unloading of the delivered goods at the place of destination. The quantities of individual types of goods will be specified in regular orders. The species composition of the individual items of the contract is detailed in the appendix of the tender documents.
