- The subject of the contract is the supply of food for the catering operation of the hospital with Považska Bystrica ul. Hospital 986, 017 26 Považska Bystrica, where this order is divided into 8 parts:
Part No.1 Hold food goods

Part No.4 Meat and Meat Products

Transport of goods to the place of fillingIt must be carried out by vehicles with authorization and approved food transport in accordance with the applicable generally binding regulations of the Slovak Republic or other equivalent documents issued by the competent authority of the Member State of the European Union, in quality according to the technical conditions of food transport in accordance with the foodCode of SR. The approval document must be valid throughout the validity of the contract and continuously present in the vehicle. The contracting authority/buyer reserves the right to check the suitability of the vehicles as required.
