• Forestry activities in the logging process for Municipal Forests Banska Stiavnica, spol. s.r.o. for the year 2026 Description: The subject is the contractor's obligation to perform forestry services (activities) in the logging process on the territory of the Mestsky lesov Banska Stiavnica s.r.o.. The services are for the needs of the customer in the scope, time, price and under the conditions resulting from the competition and this contract, on the one hand, and on the other hand, the customer's obligation to pay for properly and timely performed forestry services the agreed remuneration under the conditions stated in this contract.
