Description:
Gas supply for the year 2026 Description: The subject of the contract is the supply of natural gas together with distribution and transport services associated with the purchase and supply of natural gas for the collection points of the city of Vranov nad Topľou, as well as the collection points in the capacity of establishment in time from 01.01.2026 00:00:00 until 31.12.2026 24:00:00 including the transfer of responsibility for the deviation to the supplier, in quality corresponding to the technical conditions of the distribution network operator, for compliance with valid Slovak legal regulations of the Republic, technical conditions and operating procedures of the distribution network operator to the collection points of the public procurer. The supply of gas together with distribution and transport services must be ensured in accordance with Act no. 251/2012 Coll. o of energy and on the amendment and addition of some laws as amended by later regulations and pursuant to Act no. 250/2012 Coll. on regulation in network industries as amended later.
