• Gas supply for the year 2026_repeat Description: The subject of the order is the supply of natural gas together with distribution and transport services connected with the purchase and supply of natural gas for the collection points of the city of Vranov nad Topľou, as well as the collection points in the establishment capabilities in time from 01.03.2026 00:00:00 hrs. until 28.02.2027 24:00:00 including the transfer of responsibility for the deviation to the supplier, in a quality that corresponds to the technical conditions of the distribution network operator, for compliance with applicable legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, technical conditions and operating procedures of the distribution network operator to the collection points of the public procurer. The supply of gas together with distribution and transport services must be ensured in accordance with Act no. 251/2012 Z. from on energy and on the amendment and addition of certain laws as amended by later regulations and pursuant to Act No. 250/2012 Coll. on regulation in network industries as amended.
