- The subject of the order is: a) provision of GPS monitoring services for all designated Vehicles, b) supply, installation, operation and maintenance of GPS monitoring units, including relevant peripheral devices, c) collection, processing and secure transmission of telemetry data into the provider's information system, d) making data and functionalities available through a web and mobile application, e) integration with the Customer's internal information systems (e.g. SAP, Data Lake) according to the Technical Specification, including delivery The target concept of this integration and customization f) adaptation of the provided system so that it meets the requirements of the Customer according to the Technical Specification, g) management and reporting of trips (including records of business and private trips), vehicle reservations, services and maintenance, h) ensuring testing, pilot operation and subsequent live operation in accordance with the requirements of this competition, i) provision of operational support, SLA and hypercare according to agreed parameters.
