• A detailed description of the subject of the order is given in attachment no. 4 of these SP - Description of the subject of the contract. The offered goods must comply with all items from appendix no. 4 - A description of the subject of the contract, i.e. for all items in the table, must be provided by the bidder the answer is "yes", or the offered value of the subject of the contract must be in accordance with the required value of the subject of the contract by the public contracting authority. For the avoidance of doubt - in the case of performance parameters (where the desired specific value is indicated) the bidder shall state the specific values ​​of the object of performance offered by him, from which it must be clearly evident how they meet all the requirements for the detailed required specification of the object of performance listed in column "D" of the specification table (Required Value). V in the case of functional parameters, the applicant chooses one of the options - "yes" in the case that the given functional requirement is met by the object of performance offered by him or "no" - in the event that the offered object of performance does not meet the functional requirement. The offer meets all the requirements for the subject of the order if the stated value of the performance parameter is within the required amount/range and in the case of the functional parameter "yes" is indicated.
