- Description:
- The subject of the contract is the provision of HW maintenance services for the period until 30 November 2026 in the scope of:
a) ensuring the delivery of original spare parts to the public contracting authority or a third party authorized by it (SLA supplier for IS GP SR),
b) in case of impossibility of repair of the given component or its part ensuring the delivery of all new equipment,
c) providing updates, security patches, firmware, new versions of drivers and software parts of hardware components (part of the maintenance price) to the public contracting authority or a third party authorized by it,
d) ensuring the required times responses to the provision of HW maintenance services in delivery mode the next working day after reporting the incident,
e) providing summary information to the public contracting authority or a third party authorized by it about the release of new versions of drivers, firmware or security patches of individual manufacturers supported components at least once per quarter, no later than 10 working days after the end of the previous quarter,
f) Helpdesk telephone or email support (including ESSP), including the possibility of escalating the resolution of the incident to the manufacturer.
At this point, the public contracting authority declares, that the period of existing equipment support (components according to the Description of the subject of the contract) will expire on 30.11.2025.
