• IKVC - application and operational support Description: The subject of the contract is i) the provision of IKVC operational and application support services in the scope specified in the tender documents, ii) the provision of permanent software modification services in the amount of 50 man-days/month in the scope and method of solution specified in the tender documents, iii) provision of software modification services based on the order in the expected scope of a maximum of 650 man-days during the duration of the contract. The result of public procurement will be conclusion of a contract for a fixed period, namely for 24 months from its effective date. The IKVC system is a complex system for the sale of international and domestic travel tickets and transport documents, including reservations in railway transport travelers. It is built in accordance with international standards of the International Railway Union (UIC). It fulfills several other functions necessary for the management of passenger train transport. This is, for example, a connection to the country's surroundings and a pan-European transport route, statistical output on passenger transport, connection to the economic information system of the procurer, documents for the creation of a train traffic chart or connection to other types of sales channels. A part of IKVC is a file of application software. Detailed the description of the subject of the contract is given in the tender documents.
