• The subject of the order is the development and delivery of project documentation for the project "Žilina - exhibition building - reconstruction" based on the prepared architectural study at the construction stage the intention and project of the construction in the details of the implementation project (SZP/VPP) including geodetic focus (GZ), engineering activity and author's supervision. The contractor of the project documentation, if necessary, will also ensure the extension of the validity of the issued and valid decision on the construction plan and verification of the construction project by the competent authority until the handover of the construction site to the contractor of the implementation works in accordance with Act no. 25/2025 Coll. and on the amendment of certain laws (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Act").
