- A brief description of the subject of the order
The subject of the contract is the services of security system for the development and maintenance of the SK-DRG classification system in electronic version, including support for its operation and necessary adjustments during use. SK-DRG information system will be used to secure development The SK-DRG classification system, including the generation of the definition manual and the reporting logic message for hospitalization cases.
a) The aim of the solution is to allow the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic to create an current version of the SK-DRG system every year, including:
• Definition of application logic for inclusion hospitalized cases into DRG groups,
• Generation and records of the contents of the definition manual,
• Updates related lists of diagnoses and performance,
• Transparent description of the assignment algorithms in the form of outputs for system users
• To accurately include cases into DRG groups
b) IS SK-DRG will serve as an expert software tool for internal use within the Center for the Classification System (MZ SR). Will be used at:
• Administration and development of versions of the SK-DRG classification system,
• Analytical control and testing of the classification rules,
• Preparation of outputs and treasures of the classification system for needs health insurance companies and providers,
• and as a reference for the validation of the correctness of the inclusion of cases within the reimbursement mechanism.
