The subject of the contract must be new, unused and unresolved, in flawless condition and must be corresponded to all applicable legislation in the territory of the Slovak Republic. InseparableThe contract includes transport to the place of delivery, unloading at the place of delivery, unpacking and disposal of packaging, handing over the written documents necessary for the acquisition of ownership right to the subject of the contract, granting the user documentation for the subject of the contract necessary for proper and flawless useSubject of the contract for the set purpose in accordance with all legal regulations, completion and commissioning of the subject of the contract into operation (installation) with the issue of the installation confirmation, testing the functionality and operation of the delivered subject of the contract, performing the first official examination (acceptance exam),Professional training of staff, providing an authorized warranty service of at least 24 months and carrying out all preventive examinations and inspections, which are set by legal regulations and prescribed by the manufacturer for the offered goods during the warranty period.
