- The subject of the contract is the innovation and streamlining the existing solution of electronic services in the environment of the Integrated Information System of Košice (IIS KE) in the form of modernization of electronic forms and extension of selected modules using electronic forms.
The intention is not to create The new platform, but to expand and improve the current solution, which provides citizens and entrepreneurs with access to the city's digital services. The result will be an innovative user interface that reflects current user experience standards, with an emphasis on clarity, intuitiveness and responsiveness of electronic forms.
This step is based on user practice requirements as well as trying to reduce administrative burden and increase satisfaction of urban service users. Expanding and adjusting existing forms will contribute to higher efficiency of their processing and easier Linking with Backet systems IIS KE.
The solution will also include the adjustment of the logic forms, support for modern technologies (eg mobile devices), as well as ensuring higher availability of electronic services for all target groups.
At the same time, the sponsor emphasizes the preservation of the technology Compatibility and the use of existing tools and infrastructure, which minimizes operating costs and ensures a smooth deployment of widespread solutions without the need for fundamental interventions in the already established system.
