- Innovative electronic formulare of the city of Kosice: The subject of the customer is innovation and streamlining the existing electronic service solution in the integrated information system of the city of Kosice (IIS KE) in the form of modernization of electronic formulars and enlargement of selected modules used electronic formulare. The focus is not to create a new platform, but to expand and improve the solution of a sunscreen, which provides citizens and entrepreneurs with access to digital services of the city. The result will be an innovative use interface that reflects the current standard of use experience, and the stop is placed on the clarity, intuitiveness and responsiveness of electronic forms. This step comes from the requirements of the use practice, as well as from the effort to reduce the administrative habit and increase the satisfaction of urban service users. Enlargement and editing of existing formulars It will contribute to the higher efficiency of their processing and easier linking to the IIS KE BACKEND SUBSCRIBE. Support for modern technology (eg mobile devices) as well as ensuring higher availability of electronic services for all the target Groups. Operational costs and ensure a continuous deployment of an extended solution without the need for meetings in the already established system.
