Part 1 (category no. 1) - property insurancePart 2 (category no. 2) - general liability insurancePart 3 (category no. 3) - liability for environmental damagePart 4 (category no. 4) - D&O liabilityPart 5 (category no. 5) - insurance of information risks GDPRPart 6 (contains risks of category 1 to 5) - insurance for the entire insurance program (for all risks) The order is divided into 6 parts. The applicant can submit an offer for part 1 to part 5. In the event that he submits an offer for part 6 (for all risks listed in categories 1 to 5) is obliged to submit separate bids for parts 1 to 5 as well. reserves the right not to accept a single offer and not to conclude a Contract with any bidder in the event that the total price (without VAT) mentioned in bids exceed the expected value of the order as a whole or for individual parts set by the procuring entity.
