- Integrated Electrophysiology System for 3D Electroanatomical Mapping and Catheter Ablation with Dual Energy Source The subject of the contract is a special medical material called Integrated electrophysiological system for 3D electroanatomical mapping and catheter ablation with a dual energy source intended for the Department of Arrhythmias and Cardiac Stimulation for the planned procurement period of 36 months. Subject title: Special medical material for 3D electroanatomical mapping and catheter ablation, using dual power source: •Radio frequency energy (RF) for thermal ablation •Pulsed Field Ablation (PFA) for non-thermal, tissue-specific ablation Ablation and mapping catheter requirements: •Focal ablation catheter that serves simultaneously for 3D mapping (collection of points) and for ablation. •Tip Design: The catheter must have an expandable/flexible tip of spherical or spherical shape with a mesh structure approximately 8-10 mm in diameter at full expansion. •Electrodes: The tip of the catheter must contain multiple electrodes (min. 8) on the surface of the lattice structure for sensing local electrograms and supplying energy. •Temperature measurement: The catheter must have multiple temperature sensors for monitoring tissue temperature during RF ablation. • Irrigation: The catheter must have an active cooling (irrigation) system with physiological solution. •Dual energy capability: The same catheter must be certified to deliver both RF energy and PFA energy. •Accessories include...
