- The subject of the contract is: "intraocular lenses" for the needs of the University Hospital with the Polyclinic F. D. Roosevelt Banska Bystrica, including related services, for a period of 36 months.
The subject of the order is divided into 2 parts depending on the required technical-medical and functional parameters in the following range:
• Part No. 1: Intraocular lens of acrylic hydrophoba with yellow filter aspherical with index refraction of the lens greater than 1.54
• Part No. 2: Flying intraocular lens of hydrophobic acrylate biconvex
The subject of the contract must be new, in the original packaging without any signs of damage and functional defects and must be intended for human use.
