• Intraocular lenses II Description: The subject of the order is: "Intraocular lenses II" for the needs of the Faculty Hospital with F.D. Roosevelt Polyclinic Banska Bystrica, including related services, for a period of 30 months. The subject of the order is divided into 5 parts depending from the required technical and functional parameters in the following range:• Part no. 1: Acrylic hydrophobic aspheric intraocular lens without yellow filter Part no. 2: Acrylic hydrophobic aspherical intraocular lens with yellow filter Part no. 3: One piece hydrophobic lenses with extended focus, aspherical, with UV radiation filter and blue light filter• Part no. 4: One-piece hydrophobic lenses with extended focus, aspherical, toric with UV filter and blue light filter• Part no. 5: One piece monofocal hydrophobic lenses, aspherical, toric with a UV filter and a blue light filter. The object of the order must be new, in the original packaging without any signs of damage or functional defects and must be intended for humane use. We require delivery of the subject of the order, which is approved for import and sale in the Slovak Republic, or within the framework of the European Union and will comply with valid international standards, STN, generally binding legal regulations, which have been assigned a valid SUKL code and MZ SR code. Offers the subject of the order must meet the defined specification. If the description and specification of the subject of the order contain information or references to a specific manufacturer, process, brand, trade name, type, it is possible to submit an offer with an equivalent product, however, it must meet the minimum technical-medical and functional parameters of the subject of the contract, or it must have the same or better technical properties.
