Description:
Public anonymous one-stage architectural competition as a project design competition with awarding of prizes in accordance with Art. § 119 125 of Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement as amended and regulations, decree of the Office for Public Procurement no. 157/2016 Coll., which establishes the details of types of design competitions in the field of architecture, spatial planning and civil engineering, about the content of the competition conditions and about the work of the jury in the stamp. n. Mr. and Competition Rules of the Slovak Chamber of Architects.
The subject of the competition is the design of a new architectural-urbanistic-landscape solution Cultural and social center in the city of Kežmarok.
The announcer's intention is to find within the competition a participant who, among the submitted proposals, best solves the announcer's requirements in relation to the tender assignment, and who will be a partner for the development of comprehensive project documentation for all performance phases of the project up to the realization of the construction.
