The subject of the contract is the supply of laboratory equipment for scientific research purposes, in the scope and according to the technical specification defined in Appendix no. 1 contract Specification with price calculation.

The subject of the order is the delivery of laboratory equipment for scientific research purposes, in the scope and according to the technical specification, defined in Annex no. 1 contract Specification with price calculation.
If it is relevant in relation to the subject of the order, the price must include: transport, delivery, removal and disposal of waste (e.g. packaging material), installation, commissioning, operator and maintenance training, relevant documentation - operating instructions, certificates/declarations of conformity, etc., as well as all costs related to the delivery of goods with regard to the purpose and functions of the requested goods.
