- The subject of the contract is the supply of laboratory instruments, equipment, related HW and SW for scientific research purposes, in the scope and according to the technical specification defined in the annexes of the contract. If it is relevant in relation to the subject of the order, the price must include: transport, delivery, removal and disposal waste (e.g. packaging material), installation, commissioning, operator and maintenance training, relevant documentation - operating instructions, certificates/declarations of conformity, etc., as well as all costs related to the delivery of the goods with regard to the purpose and functions of the requested goods.
