- Lease and operation of construction site equipment at the construction site of the project "Surany Industrial park - Public infrastructure" I. Description: The subject of the contract is the lease and operation of the equipment of the Customer's construction site (cell site) for the investment project, Construction "Surany Industrial park - Public infrastructure precisely specified in APPENDIX SP No. 1 SITUATION OF THE LOCATION OF THE CELL SITE, during the required construction period of the investment project, provision of services at prescribed time intervals and also supplies of consumables, listed in APPENDIX SP No. 2 SPECIFICATION OF ZS PP SURANA. Construction site equipment are understood as buildings and facilities which, during the implementation of the construction, modification of the building or maintenance work, are used for operational purposes, production purposes, storage purposes and social purposes; they serve this purpose temporarily during construction. The subject of the order consists of the following activities: 1. Delivery, assembly, dismantling and removal of elements of temporary construction site equipment, as stated in APPENDIX SP No. 2 SPECIFICATION OF ZS PP SURANY, connection of temporary construction site equipment to the power supply point. energy (provided by the Client) at a distance of up to 30 m from the location of the temporary construction site equipment. 2. Provision operations of temporary construction site equipment during the lease period, maintenance of construction site equipment elements during the lease period, replenishment of consumables in quantities and periods specified in APPENDIX SP No. 2 SPECIFICATION OF ZS PP SURANY, provision of services connected with the operation of temporary equipment construction site, specified in APPENDIX SP No. 2 SPECIFICATION OF ZS PP SURANA. 3.
