• Logging for the year 2026 Description: The subject of the procurement is the implementation of sawing and logging works in forest stands and workplaces located on the lands of the Budča Forest Service, in the sense of compliance with all legislative, technological, executive and of safety standards and regulations valid in the section of forest management of the Slovak Republic. The aforementioned logging works consist of the actual logging performed manually by JMP, the logging and sorting of wood in the forest using a harvester, the gathering of wood by horses, tractors, forwarders and forest cable cars, in the cutting and manipulation of wood realized by hand with JMP, but also in the implementation of some other, non-standard works with the use of JMP, possibly also with zooming technology (LKT, UKT). Suppliers are obliged to performance of forestry activities in the logging process to observe all provisions of the Agreement on the observance of generally binding and special conditions for the performance of forestry activities at TU VsLP workplaces in Zvolen, which are an inseparable part of every contracts. The entire subject of the contract is divided into 10 parts according to territorial locations. Due to the specifics of the stands, their tree composition and terrain conditions in individual locations, as well as due to the condition of creating a space to ensure the teaching process and practical instructions for various methods of logging for students of the Faculty of Forestry of TU, ​​the public procurer defined for each of these parts the expected scope and type of required work activities, as well as the appropriate combination of technological procedures for the implementation of mining operations, which are detailed in Annexes B-1 to B-10 of the tender documents.
