• Description:
• The contracting authority announces preparatory market consultations (hereinafter referred to as PTK) for the purpose of preparing a public procurement, the subject of which will be the purchase of magnetic resonance equipment as described below. The contracting authority intends to announce a public a procurement that will not be divided into parts, the result of which will be the conclusion of a framework agreement with the winning bidder. The public contracting authority is expected to purchase magnetic resonance diagnostic equipment with a magnetic field strength of 1.5 T. Public the contracting authority is preparing a public procurement of magnetic resonance equipment, which will be delivered and installed directly to the premises of the new hospital, which is currently under construction. The device will not be delivered to hospital premises that are at the time of the announcement these PTK in operation. As part of these preparatory market consultations, the public contracting authority makes the following documents available to an unlimited number of interested parties for the above-mentioned parts of the contract: a) Draft technical specification of the subject of the contract; b) Proposal purchase framework agreement, including selected annexes; c) Draft criteria for the evaluation of bids; d) Questions of the public contracting authority The purpose of these PTK is to inform the market about the intended description of the subject of the contract, the intended contractual conditions and the intended method evaluation of the prepared VO (intended criteria for evaluating bids) and verification of the adequacy of the content of these documents with relevant and experienced economic entities so that the subsequent public procurement supports...
