• Services related to the collection, weighing, removal, mechanical-biological treatment of mixed municipal waste (hereinafter referred to as "MBÚ waste"), disposal of mixed municipal waste at the waste dump from waste generators (natural persons, legal entities and natural persons authorized to do business - business entities) in accordance with Act no. 79/2015 Coll. on waste in the valid version and in accordance with the Decree of the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic no. 382/2018 Coll. on waste landfilling and storage of waste mercury as amended a accessories. Ensuring the collection, weighing of containers, removal of mixed municipal waste cat. no. 20 03 01: a) in the period from 1.5.2026 to 31.12.2026, removal 17 times a year - interval 1x14 days (120 l, 240 l, 1100 l collection containers), located on the territory of the city and in the city district Adamov; day of export every odd Thursday (in the case of a public holiday during the week, the day of export will be adjusted by agreement), b) in the period from 1.1.2027 to 31.12.2029, removal 26 times a year - interval 1x14 days (120 l, 240 l, 1100 l collection containers), located in the city and in Adamov district; day of export every odd Thursday (in the case of a public holiday during the week, the day of export will be adjusted by agreement), c) in the period from 1.1.2030 to 30.04.2030, removal 9 times a year - interval 1x14 days (120 l, 240 l, 1100 l collection containers), located on the territory cities and in the Adamov district; day of export every odd Thursday (in the case of a public holiday during the week, the day of export will be adjusted by agreement), d) in the period from 1.5. until 31.9. every year, an extraordinary export in the city district...
