• Management of mixed municipal waste - category "O" waste with catalog number 20 03 01 Description: The subject of the contract is the collection of non-hazardous imported waste, waste catalog number: 20 03 01 mixed municipal waste (hereinafter referred to as "waste") from of the public contractor, who is the holder of the waste and its assessment by depositing it at the waste dump in accordance with Act no. 79/2015 Coll. on waste and on the amendment and addition of some laws as amended by later regulations and relevant generally binding regulations, in particular, the declarations of the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic in the field of waste management. Part of the subject matter of the contract is also the mechanical-biological management (MBU) of waste in accordance with § 6 par. 5 letters. a) declarations of the Ministry of the Environment Slovak Republic No. 382/2018 Coll. on the storage of waste and on the storage of waste mercury in the wording of proclamation no. 26/2021 Coll., which will enter into force on January 1, 2027 at the earliest. Estimated amount of collected waste for a period of 36 months (during the duration contractual relationship) is a maximum of 30,000 tons. The contract is divided into two equal parts in a quantitative way, so that the subject of the procurement of each part is the collection of imported waste in the maximum quantity of 15,000 tons.
