• Description:
• The subject of the contract is the provision of services and management of information and communication technology devices. In the event that devices do not have purchased or valid extended service support from the device manufacturer, these devices are serviced through the network of official service partners of individual manufacturers of equipment specified in Annex no. 2 of the framework agreement, throughout the territory of the Slovak Republic, who are authorized and have the official spare parts of the manufacturer in order to ensure the functionality of the overall solution of the serviced devices and ICT components listed in the list of devices in attachment no. 2 of the framework agreement.
